The Contra Costa County Public Works Department is responsible for the quality and construction compliance of subdivision developments throughout the County. The goal is to ensure that the development of subdivisions is in line with the design permits, plans and specifications.

TRS provided subdivision construction and permit inspection services to the PWD of CCC. The services included review construction plans, specifications, project schedules as well as County standard plans and specifications. Our construction engineers performed daily observations and prepared daily written reports focusing on the quality of the work performed by contractors, their staff levels and project progress. We also monitored air pollution and storm water pollution during the course of the work. Our engineers assisted the County in conducting final inspection, preparing punch list, conducting closeout and recommended final acceptance to the County.
