Public Works Staff Augmentation for Special Projects

TRS is providing staff augmentation services for the review of Parcel and Tract maps, site improvement plans and specifications for private developments submitted to the City for permitting and approval.

Services include determination of compliance with required alignment and grade established for various facilities; review of applicable city codes, specifications and standard provisions necessary to provide thorough map and plan review; grading plan review for compliance with geotechnical reports, and review of calculations, drainage reports and permitting conditions of approval.

The services provided which relate to building permit approvals include the review of public improvement plans for street, storm drain, sewer, water, electrical, traffic control systems, signing and striping, parking facilities, and cost and quantity estimates.
